Molly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA),who has been with JumpStart since October 2012. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 with a bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing Science and a degree in Family and Human Development. Molly received her Masters of Education (Curriculum and Instruction) with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis, in May 2014. She has over 10 years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2009. In her free time, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, crafting, and traveling with her husband.

Allison is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Delaware and Master of Education degree in Special Education at Arizona State University with concentrations in autism spectrum disorders and applied behavior analysis. Allison has experience working with children ages 2 to 18 with autism spectrum disorders and a wide range of other diagnoses in various settings, including home-based, center-based, residential treatment, and schools. Specifically, her professional interests include promoting language development through verbal behavior analysis, decreasing feeding difficulties through ABA-based intervention, and facilitating generalization and maintenance of learned skills. In her free time, Allison enjoys snowboarding, volleyball, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.

Jenna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of New Mexico and Master of Education degree in Special Education from Arizona State University with a focus in autism and applied behavior analysis. Jenna has worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other related developmental disabilities since 2008. She has experience working with children ages 2 to 18 in various settings, including home-based, center-based, residential treatment, and schools. Jenna’s professional interests include teaching communication to children with limited verbal behavior, decreasing maladaptive behaviors, and training staff members to implement behavior analytic interventions. In her free time, Jenna enjoys hot yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
